By purchasing a commission from me (the artist) you agree to be purchasing my services only and agreeing to the terms below.Please read the terms carefully:I, THOTH (the artist):I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.You (the customer/commissioner):You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork with the use of AI (Artificial Intelligence).You may NOT use the commissioned artwork to train or feed AI (Artificial Intelligence).You MAY be allowed to sell the artwork if it is a part of an Adoptable. Please discuss this with me prior to paying for the artwork.You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.

- Payment will be made via PAYPAL INVOICE sent by THOTH (the artist).
- Price is in USD ONLY unless explicitely stated otherwise by me (the artist).
- I require 50% upfront and 50% after approval of sketch.
- I do not do payment plans.
- You (the customer) have 48 hours to pay 50% of the agreed upon price once both parties have accepted the details of the commission and I (the artist) have sent the invoice. You will have another 48 hours after sketch approval to pay the remaining 50%.
- If this time has passed with no acceptable communication I will cancel the commission and no refund will be made.
- Refunds are available if I(the artist) have not started yet.
- Chargebacks will result in being permanently blacklisted and you can no longer commission my services.- I give weekly or biweekly work in progress updates depending on the scale and complexity of the commission. Commissions that require approval on many stages (ie references, outfits and pet designs) will get more updates than a straight forward fullbody commission. ALL commissions get a sketch for approval no matter what.- Turnaround time is 2 weeks to 2 months depending on complexity and workload.
- I have a full time job and I have to also take care of myself physically and mentally. If you are not prepared to wait the maximum time then please do not commission me.
- If something happens where I can no longer work on your commission for any reason then I will offer a full refund.

WILL DO:
- Both Anthro and Feral characters. See examples,
- I am willing to take a stab at any species, fantasy or real. If I am not comfortable or confident I will kindly let you know.
- Limited mecha, think mechanical body part like an arm or leg.
- Personal game/DnD characters (hrothgar, tabaxi, khajit etc)
- Characters from HARPG's or other Art-RPG's
- Some violence and blood depiction is okay. A reasonable amount, if you will.WON'T DO:
- Sexually explicit NSFW (Includes kinks).
- Depiction of minors or implied under age in suggestive manners. I will NEVER take part in or sympathize with anything remotely close to pedophilia. Thank you.
- Offensive/racist/bigoted imagery. This includes but is not limited to, visual depiction or written displays as designs on characters, on clothing, or in the background.
- I typically won't take any human or humanoid unless stated somewhere. It's just not an interest for me to draw right now is all!
- Body mutilation/Body horror.
- Anything that will trigger trypophobia.These lists are subject to change at my discretion. Please feel free to ask me if you're unsure. Thank you.

FULLBODY BASE PRICE: $50 USD- One fullbody character shaded and colored.
- White or colored background. Simple shapes OK!
- One small pet OK! Think birds, small canines, housecats, small reptiles, fantasy creatures that fit into this category.
- One item or accessory OK! Shirt, hat, weapon, belt, flowers, crown etc Very simple outfits are fine too (think shirt and shorts, bikini etc)
- Wings, horns, fangs, extra limbs are OK!SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL PRICING:- Overly complex designs
- Entire/complex outfits with accessories
- Extra characters and large pets. This includes pets and characters half or more in size of the original subject

ILLUSTRATION BASE PRICE: $90 USD- One fullbody character shaded and colored.
- Fully rendered background.
- Pets and outfits included in base price unless exceedingly complicated.SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL PRICING:- Overly complex character designs and/or intricate backgrounds.
- Extra characters. Same size or larger than main subject. If a pet is the same size or larger it will be subject to additional pricing.

REFERENCE BASE PRICE: $120 USD- One fullbody character shaded, colored and mirrored in a reference style layout.
- Any outfit, any design included in base price unless exceedingly complicated.
- Either side of the mirror can depict alternate markings and designs and/or an outfit. Includes but is not limited to, hairstyles, outfits, accessories, markings, color.
- "Naked" side will by default be barbie or ken doll'd.
- Base price includes pets and/or pet designing services if desired.
- Base price includes outfit designing services if desired.
- Base price includes back view if desired.
- Name and/or descriptor texts.
- Visual inventory (ie what are they carrying?) Includes but is not limited to, potions, weapons, scrolls, books, nick nacks of any kind. An exceeding amount of items will be subject to additional pricing.SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL PRICING:- Overly complex character designs and/or outfits.
- Extra headshots, halfbodies/busts, and/or backview of character.
- Extra outfits, hairstyles, and alternate markings that require another depiction of said character.
